See and download enquiries
Find every enquiry a tour has received and download them as a spreadsheet.
Every enquiry from a published tour is saved, even if no email address was set to receive it.
Find them
- Open the project. Choose Analytics in the sidebar.
- **Jump to Enquiries.** It’s the last section, also linked in the sidebar.
The list shows all enquiries, newest first, whatever date range you’ve picked at the top of the page.
| Column | What’s in it |
|---|---|
| When | The date and time it was sent. |
| Name, Email, Phone | What the buyer entered. Click the email to write to them. |
| Message | Their question from the Enquire tab, and the room they were in. Enquiries from the loading screen show Loading screen form. |
| Contact OK | Yes if they ticked the box to be contacted. |
The page shows the latest 50. The download has them all.
Download them
Press Download CSV. You get a file named after the tour, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or imports into most CRMs.
The file has these columns: Date, Name, Email, Phone, Message, Room, From (Enquire tab or Loading screen) and Happy to be contacted.
Warning: only contact buyers in the way they agreed to. Check the Happy to be contacted column before adding anyone to a mailing list.
Good to know
- Reset analytics doesn’t delete enquiries.
- Enquiries stay listed after a tour is paused.
- If there are none yet, the section says so. They appear once buyers fill in a form on the published tour.
