A hotspot is a small icon on a wall, benchtop or anything else in the tour. Buyers tap it to open a card.

VideoA YouTube or Vimeo video.

Add a hotspot

  1. Open Hotspots. In your project, go to Set up tour, then Hotspots.
  2. Go to the spot. In the preview, move to where the hotspot belongs.
  3. Pick a type. Press Info, Gallery, Video, Product or Link.
  4. Click the spot. Click in the preview where it goes. Press Cancel if you change your mind.
  5. Fill in the card. It opens in the list with the Title selected. Add the details for that type (below).
  6. Save. Press Save at the top right. Changes show in the preview as you type, but buyers only see them after you save.

What to fill in

Leader lines

Drag Leader line to move the hotspot up to 2 m out from the surface, with a line back to the spot. It’s useful when the spot is small or flat against a wall. If you see Move this hotspot to turn on a leader line, press Move and click the spot again.

Change or remove a hotspot

Click a hotspot in the list to open it.

Clicking a hotspot in the preview also opens it in the list.

What buyers see

Hotspots show while buyers walk or hop, not in the 3D plan. A hotspot only shows when it’s in view and nearby, so ones behind walls stay hidden. Cards open beside the hotspot, or along the bottom on phones.

Tip: hotspots stay where they are when you replace renders.
