Trial vs published tours

What a free trial project can do, what publishing adds, and what it costs.

Every new project starts as a free trial. You publish it when you’re ready to share it, and pay for that project only.

Setup, hotspots and the brand kit all work on a trial, so you can get a tour fully ready before you pay.

The 10-render limit

When you save a trial, only the first 10 renders are kept, in name order. The upload and check steps tell you when this happens.

Warning: the renders past the first 10 aren’t saved. After you publish, press Replace renders and drop the folder again to add the rest. Renders with the same names replace the saved ones, so nothing you’ve set up is lost.

Publishing

  1. **Press Publish · $29/mo.** It’s on the project page and on the project’s card. It opens checkout.
  2. Pay. You come back to the project page, which shows Finishing payment for a few seconds.
  3. Share. The project now shows Published, with its tour link, embed code and QR code.

Each published project is its own monthly subscription. Trial projects cost nothing, however many you have. See How billing works.

If you stop paying

When a project’s subscription ends, the tour is paused: the link shows that the tour isn’t available, but your renders and setup are kept. Press Publish again to bring the same link back. See When a tour pauses.
