How billing works
You pay $29 AUD a month for each published tour, and nothing for trials.
ArchviewVR charges per published project, not per studio or per seat.
What you pay
| Project | Cost |
|---|---|
| Trial | Free. Up to 10 renders, a private preview with a watermark. |
| Published | $29 AUD a month for that project. |
| Paused | Nothing. Its subscription has ended. |
Each published project is its own monthly subscription, so you can publish one tour for a client and leave the rest as trials. Every published project includes all its renders, within 500 MB of storage.
Paying for a tour
- **Press Publish · $29/mo.** It’s on the project page and on the project’s card on your projects list. You need to have uploaded and saved renders first.
- Pay on the checkout page. Payments are handled by Stripe. If you have a promotion code, enter it here.
- Wait a few seconds. You come back to the project page, which shows Finishing payment while the tour goes live. It then shows Published, with the share link.
Your studio has one billing account. After the first payment, later tours are added to the same account, so your invoices are all in one place.
Tip: set up the start view, rooms, hotspots and brand kit while the project is still a trial. You only pay once you’re ready to share it.
Each month
Stripe charges your card once a month for each published tour. Invoices and receipts are on the billing page. See Change your card or cancel.
If a payment fails
The tour stays live while Stripe retries the card. If the payment still doesn’t go through, the subscription ends and the tour pauses. See When a tour pauses.
Free months
Sometimes ArchviewVR gives a project free months. While they last:
- The project shows Free until and the date, instead of Published.
- If you were already paying, your next charge moves to the end of the free period.
- If you weren’t, add a card under Billing in the project’s sidebar before the date to keep the tour live. Without a card, the tour pauses when the free period ends.
