QR codes and Take this tour home
Download a QR code for brochures and signage, and let buyers on a computer scan the tour onto their phone.
A published tour has a QR code that opens its link. You can download it for print, and show it inside the tour so buyers can carry on on their phone.
Download the QR code
- Open the published project. The QR code is on the right of the Share box.
- **Press Download PNG.** It saves a picture named after your project, about 1200 pixels square, ready for brochures and signage.
The code opens the tour link, so it keeps working after you replace renders or change the brand kit. If the tour pauses, the code shows the tour isn’t available until you publish again.
Tip: before you send artwork to print, scan the code from the proof with your own phone.
Take this tour home button
This puts a small button in the tour that opens a QR code card. A buyer looking at the tour on a computer can scan it and keep exploring on their phone.
- **Open Brand kit** in the project and go to Take home and kiosk.
- **Turn on QR code button in the tour.**
- **Press Save.**
The button shows on computers only, not on phones or tablets. It opens a card titled Take this tour home with the code and Scan with your phone camera to keep exploring. Press the button again to close it.
On a trial or in a preview, the code is blurred and says The code works once the tour is published.
On a display suite screen
In kiosk mode the Take this tour home card sits in the corner the whole time, so buyers can leave with the tour. It’s on by default; turn it off with Show “Take this tour home” under Kiosk mode. See Kiosk mode for display suites.
