When a tour pauses
What happens when a tour’s subscription ends, and how to bring it back.
A tour pauses when its subscription ends: you cancelled it, a payment failed and couldn’t be recovered, or a free period ended without a card.
What changes
- The project shows Paused on your projects list and project page.
- Anyone opening the link sees This tour is not available right now. This includes embeds and QR codes.
- No new visits or enquiries are recorded. The Analytics page says This tour isn’t published right now, so no new visits are counted.
- You stop being charged for it.
What’s kept
- Every render, the model and all your setup: start view, rooms, hotspots, levels and options.
- The brand kit.
- Past analytics and enquiries. You can still view them and Download CSV.
- The tour’s link, ready to come back.
You can keep working on a paused project: change the setup, update the brand kit or replace renders, and preview it from the project page.
Bring it back
- Open the project.
- **Press Publish again · $29/mo.** It’s on the project page and the project’s card.
- Pay at checkout. The tour goes live on the same link within a few seconds, so links, embeds and printed QR codes work again.
Tip: a tour that says This tour is no longer available. isn’t paused. Its end date has passed. Change or clear the end date in the tour options instead. See Password and end date.
