Cards, invoices and cancelling are all handled on Stripe’s billing page, opened from any published project.

Open the billing page

  1. Open a published project. From your projects list, click the project.
  2. **Press Billing.** It’s at the bottom of the project’s sidebar. Stripe’s billing page opens.
  3. Come back when you’re done. Use the return link on Stripe’s page to go back to the project.

Billing is greyed out until a project has been published, because there’s nothing to bill yet.

Tip: the billing page covers your whole studio. You’ll see every tour’s subscription there, whichever project you opened it from.

Change your card

On the billing page, update your payment method. Your next charges use the new card.

Get invoices

Past invoices and receipts are listed on the billing page. Open one to view or download it.

Cancel a tour

  1. Open the billing page from any published project.
  2. Find that tour’s subscription. Each published project has its own.
  3. Cancel it. Stripe shows when the subscription ends.

When the subscription ends, the tour pauses. The link stops working, but your renders, setup, brand kit, analytics and enquiries are kept. See When a tour pauses.

Warning: check you’re cancelling the right tour. Buyers, agents and any website with the tour embedded will see that it’s not available once it pauses.

Publish again later

Press Publish again on the project. You go through checkout again and the tour comes back on the same link.
