Visits, devices and places

What the Analytics page counts, what each number means and where your visitors come from.

Each project has its own Analytics page. Open the project, then choose Analytics in the sidebar. The sidebar also lists its sections (Visits, Heatmap, Rooms and moves, Places and devices, Enquiries) so you can jump straight to one.

What gets counted

New visits show up within about a minute.

Tip: to test it, open the tour’s share link in a private window or on your phone, not from the dashboard.

Choose a date range

Use the buttons at the top: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. Everything on the page follows that range, except the enquiries list, which is always all time. The page remembers your choice.

The numbers at the top

TileWhat it means
ViewsEach time the tour was opened.
VisitorsDifferent people (browsers). One person opening it three times is 3 views, 1 visitor.
Average time in a tourHow long a visit lasted, on average.
EnquiriesEnquiries sent in that range.

Each tile shows the change against the previous period of the same length, for example vs previous 30 days.

Below the tiles, Views per day charts views over the range (per week for 12 months). Hover a column to see that day’s visitors.

Places and devices

Every chart has a Table toggle if you’d rather read the numbers.

Start again from zero

Reset analytics (top right) deletes every visit recorded for this tour, so the numbers and heatmaps start fresh. Enquiries are kept. Type reset to confirm.

Warning: a reset can’t be undone. Download anything you need first.
