Check tools on the project page
Turn on model edges and render loading in the project preview to spot misaligned renders and slow-loading views.
Under the tour preview on the project page there’s a row called Check tools. They only show in that preview. Buyers never see them.
Model edges
Tick Model edges to draw the outline of your proxy model over the tour. Walk around and look at door frames and wall corners. If the lines sit on them, the render is lined up. If they’re off, see A render doesn’t line up or drop the render again and fix its heading on the check step.
Render loading
Tick Render loading to colour the floor ring under each render by how much of it has loaded. A list of every render appears in the preview too.
| Ring | Means |
|---|---|
| Green, Full size | The full-size render is showing. |
| Orange, Loading | The full-size render is downloading. The list shows the %. |
| Red, 2K only | Only the smaller picture is loaded so far. |
The top of the list counts each, for example 3 full · 1 loading · 12 2K only. Click a render in the list to jump to it.
Reading the rings
- Every render starts red. A render turns orange, then green, when you stop at it. That’s normal: the full-size picture only loads where buyers stop.
- A render that stays red after you stop on it may not have a full-size picture. The list then says 2K (no full size).
- If Picture quality is set to Fastest, renders stay red. Nothing sharper loads. See Picture quality and phones.
- Green rings turn red again as you move on. Only a few full-size renders are kept at once, to save memory.
Tip: on a phone, test with the live tour link. Phones load smaller pictures than computers.
